In Depth Reporting

Stockade has its own comprehensive built in reporting module which utilises tried and trusted Crystal reporting to drill down into the core database and to produce a huge array of reports.

The reports are grouped in sections (Sales, stock, utility & management) and each report can be presented in different ways.

E.g. a simple sales report can be grouped by department or group as well as location, till no., hour/minute and cashier (or just about any combination of these) which makes for a very powerful reporting tool to help predict trends and react to market changes.

Each report can be exported to Excel, Word & PDF format if you want to keep copies for meetings or emailing to colleagues for example.

Over the years our clients have asked for custom reports to help them run their businesses and these have gradually increased the size of the reports catalogue so there are now literally thousands to choose from.

If you can’t find the report you are looking for our support staff more than likely can.

Full Stock Control

The Stock side of the Back Office is arguably the most powerful part of it, both in terms of functionality and integrity of data.

Whether it’s controlling the stock of one stock line with multiple different codes or controlling the Stock of ingredients that are then used to make up Batches of new Stock lines.

Purchase Ordering is also very powerful, so being able to place orders with Suppliers in four different ways means there will be one perfect for you.

We can have 3 levels of Stocktaking too. Line Checks, Stocktakes and External Stocktaker Stocktakes, which means that one level of Stocktaking isn’t affected by another level.

Finally, once Stocktakes are performed we are then issued with an accurate GP report reporting on any variances etc. Again, there are many versions of the GP report to choose from meaning you will get what is perfect for you.

Multi-site

Stockade is a True Multi-Site solution. The MS SQL database gives a sound robust platform for the programme to be built around.

Although we mention it quite a lot and it is very unsexy, the structure and integrity of the data have always been and still are paramount, ensuring that Stockade is one of the most reliable packages available today and is very easy for third parties to integrate to and for customers to be able to get their required data out.

All sites report back live as sales occur and Management can view the current live sales screens for any mix of sites from wherever they are.

Group pricing allows our customers to manage the product prices for sites by linking groups of sites together. For example if we changes the price of orange juice in Oxford, it can automatically do the same for Cambridge, Bath & Northampton, but no other site as those 4 are all in the same price group as they have a similar clientel.

Reports can also be designed to compare each of the locations or areas and every report can be issued for a single site, all sites or specific sites.

Cash office

The Cash Office is an Additional Module to Stockade, which can be run via a Web Browser or from within Stockade itself.

The Cash Office allows Management to quickly see the overall position of all locations. Have Tills been used, have Line Checks been performed, how much revenue has been taken and declared etc etc.

It also allows managers to put through the system invoices for things that are nothing to do with Stock, but do have a cost to the business, such as Utility Bills and Repairs. These along with and Sundry income (sales that are not through a Till) help the location to show a true P&L on a weekly basis.

There is also a built in Banking Section, which allows us to not only control the Cash at Till level, but also at Safe Level. This will suggest to the Manager how much Cash is available to bank, recording how much has been banked and when, and how much Cash the Management have declared is available in the safe each day, obviously reporting any discrepancies.

Stockade currently links to Sage Line 50 & Access Accounts. We are also looking at linking to some of the latest Cloud based Accounts packages currently.
