We have fully trained engineers who can carry out the majority of repairs on site. Our engineers carry a large supply of parts to ensure as little disruption to our customers as possible and within service level agreed times.
On the rare occasion a repair cannot be carried out on site, suitable loan equipment will be offered.
Warranty and Contract customers can have complete peace of mind with our telephone support service with trained engineers available 7 days a week until midnight. Most of our systems can be accessed remotely by our engineers allowing us to fix problems & give training in the quickest possible time.
We can offer different levels of support to suit your needs or budget, from just telephone support cover to a full hardware support contract with SLA.
