Repairs & Service
We can provide Service Level Agreements for every client on a local, national and international basis. We have fully trained technicians who can attend site within a specified time to carry out repairs with a large stock of Toshiba or Casio spare parts. On the rare occasions repairs cannot be completed on site, we can leave suitable loan equipment.
For warranty and contract customers we have technicians offering telephone support 7 days a week late into the night. For software problems we can dial in, and control your PC to solve any problems remotely.
We offer telephone support contracts that just include our remote telephone assistance, and we have full support contracts, that include all call out, labour and parts charges for the year.
